- Proof of original receipt or gift receipt within 30 days for money back on the same payment method.
- Returns without a receipt or after 30 days, will get merchandise credit at the lowest price items were sold.
- All returned merchandise must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags attached.
Items with a 40% OFF or more are FINAL SALE and are NOT eligible for refunds, merchandise credit, or exchanges.
Make sure to inspect your package when you receive it from the shipper. If you notice any damage, or any item is missing please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to report the damage or lost and DO NOT use or wash the product. You must contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order. Please describe the situation in detail so we can assess the situation.
If more than 7 days have passed and the customer has never claimed a missing or damaged product, another home will not held responsible. Please report them in the established time.
All refunds are subject to final approval from our return department and will be refunded to the original form of payment or merchandise credit. No refunds or exchanges will be issued before the return process is completed.
Add your items and tape your package securely. Make sure to remove or cover the original shipping label and attach your new return label to the package.
If you are returning items from multiple orders, please start a return for all items and include the receipt, packing list or order confirmation email from each order in your package.

We will email you when your return is processed. Return shipping labels are only available for orders shipping to the continental US and no additional postage is required. Please allow approximately 2 to 3 weeks for return processing. You will receive a refund notification from us when your return has been processed, and refunds will take an additional 1-5 business days to credit back to your original form of payment.
Please note: Shipping fees and handling surcharges are non-refundable. Anotherhome.us is not responsible for any returns that are lost or stolen while in transit.
Exchanges are not available at this moment. We suggest you initiate your return process and purchase the new items of your choice. If the returns are approved by our fulfillment center, you will receive your money back as a refund or credit.
